Tuning into to creative desires and cravings
What do you call it when a new idea gets downloaded or that fire to create comes alive within you?
I typically label mine a creative craving or feel as though it’s a restlessness to create that’s rising up inside of me.
Sometimes a creative craving turns into a lifelong love, a craft we nurture and hone over years or decades.
And...sometimes our creative craving is more like a one-hit-wonder.
You made it and it was fun….but it’s not for you.
The thing is we never know what a creative craving could turn into.
We don’t know where THAT restlessness to create will lead us.
This is why making the space to let ourselves express + explore what it is we MOST want to create is such important AND interesting work.

📷 taking photos of nature, not for the gram, but for the joy of it
🎨 painting a new mural in my office...that’s right I’m waiving goodbye to the current one later this spring.
⚡️writing some fresh copy for my website...feeling excited about expressing myself & my biz in new ways ⚡️
